Jurisdiction; Severability and Waiver

No Waiver by Mercantile Partners of any right under or term or provision of these Terms of Use will be deemed a waiver of any other right, term, or provision of these Terms of Use at that time or waiver of that or any other right, term, or provision of these Terms of Use at any other time. 

Termination 
Mercantile Partners may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or any portion of this site, at any time for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion. Mercantile Partners my also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing this site, or any portion thereof without prior notice. You agree that Mercantile Partners shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any such termination.    

Monitoring; Nonpersonal Information 
Mercantile Partners may collect information that by itself cannot be used to identify you, e.g., demographic information, and other anonymous statistical data involving your use of this site or "Nonpersonal Information". Any information that may be compiled involving your use of this site may be used by Mercantile Partners for its internal business purposes.
